Why would I want to rent out rooms in my house?
Do you want to have thousands of dollars of extra income every year? What would you do with that money? Take extra vacations, help people you love, buy a boat, pay for college? Think about that, and you have the answer to why you should rent rooms.
What if I don't want strangers in my home?
I enjoyed having people living in my house, and many became my friends. On the other hand, you might not like that arrangement. I hated being a landlord when I owned rentals that were not my home. Each of us is different. You could rent only to friends and co-workers, of course, or you could create a separate apartment with its own entrance. There are many ways to do this.
What if I don't have a home of my own?

Bad Girl!
Buy the report and go to Chapter Five. You'll find a story about one of the few serious problems I had over the years. I had a renter go to jail for writing a bad check - but not to me. Fortunately she was paying cash for the room rent. Besides going to jail, she created other problems too. She was a chronic liar, for one thing, and was snoopy, and she bothered our other renters.
Evict her? You bet I wanted to get rid of her, but I have my own way of doing things, as you will notice when you read the little stories in the report. I like to turn problems into opportunities.
